Repertorium in Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot

Polish and EU law in your AI assistant - with a source and a locator for every result. You sign in with your email address, no passwords or keys.

Repertorium gives your AI assistant access to Polish and European Union law: legislation, including consolidated texts where they have been published, judgments of Polish courts and of the Court of Justice of the EU, tax rulings, and the citation graph between them. Every result has a stable document identifier and a pointer to the exact place in the text, so you can check every quotation at the source.

01How to connect

You sign in with your email address and a 6-digit code from a message. No passwords, keys or configuration files. The message with the code contains no links.

Claude (claude.ai, desktop and mobile apps)

Add to Claude

1. Click the button. The add-connector window opens with the name and address filled in.
2. Click "Connect", enter your email address, then the code from the message.
3. On the consent screen, click "Allow". The assistant gets read-only access.

Free, Pro and Max plans. On Team and Enterprise plans the organization owner adds the connector, and members just click "Connect".

ChatGPT

In the app settings, add a custom MCP server: name Repertorium, the address above, OAuth authentication. Then email, code and consent. Whether you can add a custom MCP server depends on your ChatGPT plan and your administrator's settings.

Microsoft Copilot

In Copilot Studio, add a tool of the MCP server type with the address above and OAuth sign-in.

Claude Code and other developer apps

One command in the terminal:

Then in a Claude Code session type /mcp, choose repertorium and sign in in the browser. Any other app that supports remote MCP servers (Streamable HTTP, OAuth) connects with the address alone:

02Three questions to start with

• "Check in Repertorium whether Article 415 of the Polish Civil Code is in force, and give the Journal of Laws (Dziennik Ustaw) reference of the consolidated text."
• "Which EU directives does the Polish Civil Code implement? Give their CELEX numbers from Repertorium."

03What it can do

• find a provision or a judgment and give the exact passage,
• show an act in its current wording and how it changed over time,
• point to the EU sources of a Polish act,
• show what a document cites and who cites it,
• check citations in a draft brief or opinion: whether a case number exists and whether the date matches,
• say plainly what the corpus does not contain and how far each source reaches in time.

04What Repertorium does and does not do

• A source, not advice. Repertorium searches and returns texts with a locator. The answer is written by your assistant's model - the conclusions are yours.
• Read-only. All tools only read the database. The server does not see your files or your chat history - it receives only the query to the database.
• Limits in time. The what_is_missing tool reports how far each source reaches and what the corpus lacks - before you rely on the state of the law.

05Free account

One email address is one account. The free account includes 50 tool calls in 30 days and at most 3 full documents per day. Need more? Write to [email protected]. The rules of use are set out in the Repertorium terms of service.

06Privacy

The free account is free in exchange for search data: we store the text of your searches to improve the database. Before storing, we remove PESEL and NIP numbers, bank account numbers, email addresses and phone numbers, and after 90 days we delete the query text itself. We do not store briefs sent for citation checking. On paid plans we do not store search text. Details: privacy policy.

Your query and the answer are also seen by the company that runs your AI assistant. Do not put client data or case details in searches - you do not need them to search the law.
